Job Description
We are looking for a Front Desk colleague to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. If you have a passion for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, have excellent communication and organizational skills, we would like to meet you. You will be required to work 6 days a week and help in assisting our front desk with all guest inquiries. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience of working as a Receptionist and a high level of both written and spoken English. Good rates of pay, share of gratuities, and staff accommodation provided, if required.
